Creative Curriculum for Infants, Toddlers and Twos - Session 2

Using GOLD Data to Plan Instruction and Communicate Children's Progress

Description: Designed for experienced GOLD® users, this advanced in-person lab session guides teachers through the process of using assessment data to plan instruction and share children’s progress with families and professionals involved in development and learning. This course is appropriate for programs with children of all ages, including Family Child Care programs. Participants should bring the following to training: Laptop or tablet; Objectives for Development and Learning book (IT2 or Preschool); sweater or light jacket; notebook and pen; and lunch (or plan to purchase lunch at a local eatery). Participants should have at least 6-18 months of experience using GOLD and already completed their first checkpoint prior to taking this class.
